Forms

forms are the dealer’s website forms: enquiry, finance, service, newsletter and so on. Each has form_fields. Submissions are in Form submissions.

Note

Who can read: anyone. Forms are public so websites can render them.

Fields worth knowing

Field	Notes
create_moment_on_submit	Submissions also create an enquiry.
signup_user_on_submit	Submissions create a customer account.
is_internal	Used by staff in the Dashboard, not on the website.
form_fields.name	The key the answer is stored under in a submission’s values.
form_fields.type	The input type, such as text, email, phone, select or checkbox.
form_fields.options	Choices for select and radio fields.
